How Do You Ship Packages?

Packages from our warehouse are shipped via ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! We provide free shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are a few locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you directly.

Do I Have to Pay Customs Fees or VAT?

No, you don’t! All customs duties and VAT are included in the price you see at checkout. You won’t pay anything extra when your order arrives—no hidden fees, no surprises. We take care of everything to ensure your delivery is smooth and hassle-free.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes! You will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us.

My Tracking Says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it can take 1–2 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and there is still no update, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
