The included cable is about 1M long. The heating area in three places is approximately 5cm x 10cm. It's warm enough, but I would recommend it if it covered a slightly larger area and had a battery pocket. Currently, I would only recommend it for desk workers.

It doesn't turn on if you use a low-quality charger and/or low actual power... It works quite well and warms the neck but it's quite small for the shoulders. You need to use a slightly more powerful charger than standard smartphone ones otherwise it doesn't work.
