Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to change the product color or size, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, no changes can be made. Please place your orders carefully.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You may request a refund under the following conditions, but you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We believe 7 days is sufficient to determine if you are satisfied with the product. Refund requests after 7 days will not be considered.

You may request a refund or reshipment if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed delivery time, you can request a refund or reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item, you can request a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you received, you may request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control of LUPMart (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of LUPMart.
  • You request a refund after 7 days from delivery.

  • If you have not received your product, you can submit a refund request after the guaranteed delivery period has expired via the Contact Us page.
  • If you have a problem with product quality, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us page.

Once approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product (e.g., for a different size), you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we specifically authorize you to do so.
